Registration Fee does not include workshop fees (which are discounted for registrants and range from $50 ~ $100). Lunch on Saturday is on own. Lodging if required is not included in the Registration fee.

Refund policy:

All registrants are required to register for a minimum of ONE class on or before July 23, 2008. If you have not registered for a class by this date, your registration will be released and you will NOT be refunded for general registration, as per our refund policy below.
In the event that you want to cancel your registration: (For registrants who were non-members when registering) ZNE Member fees ($25) will NOT be refunded. Your ZNE Membership will remain intact regardless of your ConvenZioNE participation status. ZNE will also retain $100 of your registration fee for administrative and reservation costs. Prior to June 1, you may request a refund of the remaining amount of your registration fee, if you must cancel your participation in the event. However, (only) if the event sells out and a waiting list develops, you may ask ZNE to resell your registration for you, to waitlisted registrant. This will only be done BEFORE August 15, and only in the event of a completely sold-out event. Should this be possible and you elect to resell your registration, ZNE will retain a $20 administrative fee and refund you the remaining amount of your registration.

ZNE will not directly manage or facilitate any class trade requests. However, only AFTER July 23, and BEFORE August 15, you may trade your class/es between other registered members on the ZNE ConvenZioNE Group boards.

Absolutely NO refunds after June 1, 2008. Absolutely no trades prior to July 23 or after August 15. Absolutely no reselling of registrations individually, only through ZNE if the event is sold out, and if there is a waitlisted member interested in puchasing your registration and class/es.

In the event that an instructor is unable to provide or complete their class due to emergency/unforseen circumstances, ZNE reserves the right to replace the instructor with another of the same calibur teaching the same project genre.

ZNE reserves the right to cancel any class that has not attained a minimum number of students. In this event, you will be contacted by email and may choose another class or opt for a refund.

In the case of unforeseen circumstances, including acts of GOD, which would cause the event to be cancelled, ZNE reserves the right to reschedule at a later date to be determined.
