Refund Policy

Should you decide to quit your membership, or if ZNE deems it necessary to revoke your membership, we may provide you with a prorated membership refund (on a case-to-case basis), using the yearly membership rate you paid upon joining ZNE, minus a $5.00 fee for Supporting Members, or a $10 fee for Vendor Members, to cover processing and administrative fees.
