Regarding the Famiglia Di Vita Acknowledgement Page - the member needs to provide an apropriate sized (up to 300 dpi x 300 dpi) banner, and link information to ZNE for placement on the page.
Banners are placed on the page in the following order: Famiglia Vendor Members at top, first come first served. Supporting Members beneath, first come, first served.
Note that no guarantees are made,implied, or otherwise - as to the length of time that ZNE will remain as a verified business and group entity.
REFUNDS, and MEMBERSHIP STATUS:
When purchasing a Famiglia Di Vita membership, you will not receive a refund, pro-rated or otherwise, of your most recent membership dues renewal or joining fees.
The Famiglia Di Vita Membership is NON REFUNDABLE.
Despite Famiglia Di Vita membership status, ZNE membership remains fully at will for all parties. This means, a member may request to be removed from the ZNE membership roster at any time. **However, if they do so - they will not be able to "resume" their membership at a later date. When leaving ZNE membership status for any reason, a past member will need to re-join as if they were a new member. This includes Famiglia Di Vita members who request to leave the membership roster.
Along the same lines, ZNE reserves the right to remove a member at any time, with or without cause. In the event that ZNE should opt to end a Famiglia ZNE member's membership, a pro-rated refund may be given, assuming a ten year membership term. (IE, a pro-rated refund will be given at the rate of $30 per year remaining in a ten year term starting from the date of the Famiglia Di Vita purchase - refund amount not to exceed the original $200 membership payment.) However, member requests for refunds that are not initiated by ZNE, will not be processed.
The Famiglia Di Vita Membership is NON TRANSFERABLE. An existing member may not leave the group and transfer, re-sell, or gift their Famiglia membership to another member.
