Benefits for the ZNE Design Team:
Members will have their blogs and artwork featured on www.ZNEDesignTeam.com, as well as additional promotion on and around the ZNE Network of websites and blogs.
Members will receive free access to any Collage Sheet in the ZNE Store collection, at any time.
Members will receive free product and samples for the ZNE Product Review Challenges.
Members receive access to the private ZNE Design Team group forums on The ZNE Network.
Members who show a significant participation on the prior year's Design Team will be grandfathered in (assured a return) on the next year's Design Team.

The roll of the ZNE Design Team Member is to be an ambassador of ZNE art creation and project participation.
Each month, the ZNE Design Team will receive 1-2 challenges:
Project Challenges are presented by ZNE Founder Chelise Stroud Hery and may include (but aren't limited to) creating images as additions to our Zn-E-Card line, participating in an image oriented ZNE project that month (such as creating a series of art dolls for a special feature on the ZNE Art Doll Daily blog, or participating in an art post and response feature, etc.
Product Review Challenges occur when a ZNE Vendor Member provides each member of the Design Team with a (free) product for use in product creation.

Expectations/Qualifications for the ZNE Design Team Members:
Applicants must be members of ZNE in good standing.
Due to the nature of these image related challenges, please have the ability to scan or photograph your images and upload them to the Network and/or blog.
To the best of your ability, be prepared to prioritize your ZNE Design Team monthly challenges so that you are participating and contributing on a regular basis.
ZNE Design Team challenges are meant to inspire original and new artwork. Please ensure that all creations are made entirely by yourself and that there will be no copyright issues related to any images included within your ZNE Design Team work.
Be aware that the work you upload as a part of your Design Team Challenge may be used on The ZNE Design Team blog and throughout the ZNE network of blogs and websites. Whenever possible, you will be given credit for the original design. Also know that artwork created as a part of a ZNE Product Review will be made available to the Product Review sponsor to use on their own website or blog as examples of work created with said product.
Finally, all ZNE Design Team Members will be asked to upload a small box banner on their personal blog and website, showing that they are a ZNE Design Team Member, and linking to the ZNE Design Team blog or the ZNE Website.
Some more small print:
Like all aspects of ZNE, membership on The ZNE Design Team is completely at will by all parties. Any member may elect to leave at any time, likewise, ZNE admin may remove any member from the ZNE Design Team at any time with or without cause.
Members who are unable to complete a challenge for two monthly challenges in a row will no longer be given the priviledge of being grandfathered in the following term.
Members who are unable to complete three months worth of challenges, consecutive or not - will no longer be given the priviledge of being grandfathered in the following term..
Members who are unable to complete two product review challenges will lose the priviledge of participating in future product reviews, as well as no longer be given the priviledge of being grandfathered in the following term.
