When filling out the Live Pink registration form for your organization, please note the following:
ZNE will make every effort to mail you the quantity of pieces of artwork that you request. If there is a waiting list to recieve artwork, we will let you know and update you whenever possible.
Because of the nature of the Live Pink art gifts - being one of a kind or limited editions - it is not possible to mass produce them, and therefore we may not be able to meet all requests for Live Pink art gifts within a specified amount of time.
Do know that Live Pink art gift requests are mailed out in the order they are received within the following priority levels:
#1. Urgent requests for hospice care centers, or hospitals / groups that deal directly with those who have been diagnosed with late or end stage cancer.
#2. All other organizations directly dealing with individuals living with past or present breast cancer diagnosis.
#3. Organizations that serve children of persons who have died from breast cancer.
#4. All other requests, prioritized in the chronological order in which they are received.

Please note that what ZNE will send you is a package with anonymous gifts that include the artwork, a tag identifying it as a gift from the ZNE Live Pink program, and ZNE Contact information. The only other identifying information provided may be that of the artist who created the artwork they are recieving.

Finally, in order to meet the needs for this program - we accept art from a wide range of artists. We do not accept art that has nudity, political statements, profanity, or any type of bigoted or predjudiced symbolism or statements. Beyond that, we accept what is sent in to the program, regardless of content or perceived quality. Given the theme of inspiration, some (though not all) of the artwork may have spiritual or religious references on them. While we will not accept artwork that is predjuidcial in terms of its spiritual statements or overtly suggests a specific spiritual path - in general we do accept artwork with spiritual references, for this program.
If there is a likelihood thatyour patients or clients might be offended by a piece of art that includes a spiritual reference that does not directly match their own beliefs - then please refrain from registering for this program.
Along those same lines, Live Pink may not fulfill orders for organizations that are clearly discriminatory in nature, in terms of the clients they serve or services they provide.

Finally, while we will do our best to consider additional information provided to us about the registered recipients of the Live Pink Program, we can not garantee that their artwork will be of a particular style, make, or quality level. We do not require our artist donors to be professional or otherwise trained artists.

If you have further questions about this program - please contact ZNE directly.
