By joining ZNE you agree to the following:
You understand and accept that your ZNE membership can be terminated at any time without refund with or without cause (which may or may not include violations such as committing fraud, repeated discussion board etiquette violations, violating vendor communications guidelines, offering non-art items under ZNE's auspices, or failing to deliver artwork properly to buyers).
You agree to abide by the terms of service.

Terms of Payment
ZNE accepts membership dues in an annual payment, through paypal. A PayPal account is optional and free.
Annual fees are due each year in September. If you are joining during any month other than September, your initial membership fee will be accessed at an amount equal to $2.50 per month until the following September, at which time you will pay the full $30 fee and then you will be billed annually from there on out.
International Members: PayPal accepts many currencies and will handle the conversion to US Dollars.
While PayPal is preferred, we can also accept credit card payments, and/or checks or money orders for payment.
Memberships paid via Paypal are recurring, meaning that they will be automatically recharged & renewed annually.
