ZNE frequently receives this question, when members receive an email from PayPal indicating that their "subscription" to ZNE has been cancelled. We have created this page to answer the most common questions.
First of all, please note that unless your annual membership has actually expired - your membership with ZNE has not been cancelled. Your passwords and all your ZNE Membership benefits remain active and in place.
At the time that you signed up for membership, you paid via PayPal's subscription services. IE, you signed up for an annual recurring charge of your membership fees.
During the course of the year, if you change your primary payment source with your PayPal account, then any subscription services you set up with the initial payment source are automatically cancelled by PayPal. Most often, members receive these notices if they have recently changed their backup source of payment with PayPal, such as a Bank Account or Credit Card. This also occurs if a member's credit card associated with PayPal expires.
What is being cancelled, is your auto-renew payment, NOT your ZNE Membership. At the end of your annual membership term, your membership will not automatically renew. ZNE will contact you at that time and ask you to manually renew.
We hope that this answers you questions. If you need further information, please feel free to let us know. If you feel that PayPal has cancelled your subscription services in error, please contact PayPal directly.
Thank you for contacting us, and please continue to enjoy your membership with ZNE!
