We have a new discussion forum.
ZNE has a wonderful new discussion forum, that takes place via a Yahoo Group. This group does not replace the existing Supporting Member boards, but rather - it enhances our group's ability to chat, get to know one another, and stay in touch. The group offers a lot of flexibility in terms of posting and we have all kinds of fabulous plans in place including a weekly party, a posting contest, and more. On Saturday May 5, we are going to debut our very first Art Party on the ZNE Talk Boards. Not only that, we'll have a party every Saturday thereafter.

ZNE Recipez
And finally, we know what you have all been thinking:
"I know what would make ZNE a better group. If they had a nice collection of party recipes!"
Well, wait and look no longer! Another wonderful component of the ZNE Talk group is ZNE Recipez! We will collect recipes all week long. Any member can submit a recipe. On Saturday, they are all put up for vote, during Partito Bello! The member who submitted the winning recipe recieves a special prize, and all the recipes will be archived on the ZNE website. What fun! Look for the opening of the ZNE Recipez submission page, on Sunday April 29.
Revamp and Reopening!
A few of you may have already noticed - but The ZNE Store is undergoing a transformation right now. We've pulled the majority of our stock. Logo product is still available for purchase. We've added a few items. And we are getting ready for a grand re-opening!
ZNE is using our previous stock of art supplies, toys, and vintage ephemera in a number of ways. We are still selling them at ZNE Store events, most of which are in Northern California. You can locate these events via the ZNE Scene newsletter, and by taking a look at The Pleasanton Craft Mafia website. We are using a lot of our stock for promotional give-aways, prizes, and gift and product donations. Finally, the stock is made available to participants of ZNE Workshops.
We have checked and double checked our records and at present it appears that we have either filled orders or refunded all existing orders, to date. However, during the transition time, while we pulled stock - a few orders may have slipped through the cracks. If you are waiting for an order to be filled from The ZNE Store, please contact Chel so that she can locate your order record and take care of any outstanding issues.
Note that Cafe Press fills our Logo Product orders, so those things are still available, and we encourage you to have fun browsing our selection, here:
Also, we have an affiliate account with Amazon, and any purchases that credit that account go towards paying for the book drawing prize in our Book Club, which benefits Bernie Berlin's A Place to Bark. So have fun browsing our book and magazine selections, and know that any purchases you make benefit a good cause. We will be adding more affiliate product in the near future.
 
Finally, read on to find out about another new product which has been added - Collage Sheets! - at present these are only available via digital download, but we hope to provide hard copies in the near future.
We do plan on having a GRAND REOPENING of The ZNE Store, with merchandise available from all interested members. The Re-Opening will coincide with targeted print and internet advertising, and we will feature pieces from our monthly Style Trys throughout the store. We look forward to working with all our members to create a vibrant, and exciting store with incredible stock. The re-opening is scheduled for OCTOBER 1, 2007 - so watch out for more news, store stock submission forms, and exciting developments, in future issues of The ZNE Scene.

The ZNE Design Team has already begun playing with these images, and the art they have come up with is absolutely extraordinary.
