The modern day calling card of the art and craft movement, artist trading cards (ATCs) are miniature (2 ½" by 3 ½") masterpieces.  Completely unique, collectable, and fun, ATC's can be created, traded, and collected by anyone. 

Artist trading cards can be made from an unlimited number of bases and/or mediums, the only requirement being the final size of 2 1/2" x 3 1/2".  Many collectors also prefer a flat or semi flat final product that can easily fit in trading card binders, frames, and albums.

The "Triple A" workshop (AlteredArt ATC) focuses on collage and altered art techniques to create trading cards.  There is plenty of allowance for individual preferences when creating these cards, and workshop participants can create anywhere from one to ten cards during the workshop. 

The workshop is formatted to benefit both beginning and intermediate to advanced artists.  No prerequisites are required and if you have never worked with altered art before, you are still very much welcome!

Note:  All supplies needed are provided as a part of the workshop, however - some workshops may have additional supplies for sale (depending on the location) in the event that you want to stock up to take some project supplies home with you! 

Also, if you have a favorite or preferred pair of scissors, image/s you would like to work with, or glue - you may certainly bring those with you.  However, if you come in empty handed - rest assured you will still leave with some wonderful art!
